6. Betting & Gaming Rules

8. Account Suspension & Closure
btk666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the Player's own request. Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at btk666's discretion.
Players who wish to close their own account may do so at any time by contacting btk666 customer support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, btk666 will process any pending withdrawal requests for verified funds and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Real-money funds held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.
Players may also request a temporary self-exclusion or a permanent self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of the platform or by contacting support.
